With over ten years of combined experience, I have been working as a freelance writer, artist, and coach for over 5 years and have completed numerous projects for clients, colleagues, and friends. I have bachelor's degrees in neuroscience and journalism and hold a dual license as a NASPA Certified Peer Educator and AFAA + ACE Licensed Fitness Instructor.
